I came to this location one day and was greeted with a warm welcome. Believe it or not, this is my first time having Chick Fil A so I finally wanted to try it. When I went in, this guy named Ben took my order. The exceptional service I got from him was amazing. I wasn’t sure what to get on the menu so Ben gave me some recommendations. We even talked briefly about video games while I was ordering. I want to give Ben a big shoutout for making my first time at Chick Fil A worth it!! You guys definitely have a great leader on your hands at this location. I’m not sure if he is a manager or not but with the exceptional service Ben provided to me yesterday, he SHOULD DEFINITELY be a manager! Thank you again Ben!
The operator John saw a post I made on FB about the new CFA Honey Pimento Cheese sandwich from another location and invited me to come by for a redemption sandwich. While I did not meet John his staff mirrored this owners passion for customer service and sandwich exceeded my expectations. Thanks John and kudos to your entire team.
The customer service at this location is top tier!! BEN!! Ben was so kind, polite, and personable. His smile was so welcoming and warming. I don’t think he is the manager, but he should be with that kind of customer service! Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had and I will definitely be returning!!!
I usually get food through the drive thru. Today, I brought my kids to dine in. The experience was nothing short of exceptional. I was acknowledged, the food was brought to our table quickly. EVERYONE was pleasant and willing to help. At least 3 team members asked if I needed anything when they thought I was not being helped. The dining room was clean and we enjoyed our meals. One young lady in particular Hailey stopped what she was doing to help me with a smile.
The entire crew is amazing. I am there every morning. Cyndi, Sarah and everyone knows my name and my order. This crew is what keeps me coming back. (And the yogurt parfait)
The staff here is amazing! I went by today at 11:30 and everyone was so helpful. they are like superhuman- anticipating your every need. They thanked me for coming many times. This was the best experience I have ever had at a Chik Fil A. The food was good as well :).
My mom went to Chick-fil-A today, She’s still learning English and gets really nervous ordering by herself, especially when I’m not around to help her. When she went through the drive-through, Bryan was so patient and kind, taking the time to explain everything and make sure she got everything she needed. It honestly means so much to me that someone took the time to treat her with so much respect and care. She even said it was the best experience she’s ever had at a restaurant.
